Our Commitment To Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining both our online information practices as well as client, donor, volunteer and director information collected on site. This policy is available on our website homepage.
The Information We Collect and How We Use It
There are only two types of information that is collected on our website. An individual can make a donation from our website using our protected PayPal system. The information from PayPal is secure and is only viewed by the Treasurer of our organization for purposes of sending a thank you note. It is not shared with anyone.
Our website also allows an individual to share their email address for purposes of receiving newsletters. This information is viewed only by the Director of NNEMAP and is not shared with anyone. It is kept on a password protected computer.
Client information is obtained as required by Ohio Job and Family Services. Name, address, phone number, and information on members of the household are obtained. The information is kept in our password secure online system managed by Groundwork Group, a non-profit systems organization. No personal information is shared regarding any client with anyone.
Also, Board of Directors and Volunteer information, including address, email address and phone number are kept in order for scheduling and notification of events. None of this information is shared. It is kept on the NNEMAP office computer that is in a locked office and/or by the NNEMAP corresponding secretary on a password secure computer.
All donor information is kept by the Treasurer of NNEMAP. The name and address and amount of donation is kept as a record of annual donations to NNEMAP, and for acknowledging their donation. This information is kept on a password secure computer.
